Privacy Policy

What we collect
Your email address and a hashed (not reversible) copy of your password. The country/city you choose for a device, and the device's own activity (status, when it was created or stopped). Transaction records for balance top-ups and charges. Nothing you type or view inside a device's screen — that traffic goes directly between your browser and the device provider, not through us.
Payment and identity verification
Payments and identity verification are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. For identity verification, Stripe tells us whether you were verified; we do not receive or store the documents you submit to Stripe.
Network access
A device's network address is provisioned through our proxy infrastructure provider. Proxy credentials are encrypted at rest and are never included in anything we log or show you directly.
Cookies
A session cookie keeps you signed in. A locale cookie remembers your language choice. Neither is used for advertising or tracking across other sites.
How we use this
To operate your account and devices, process payments, prevent fraud and abuse, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your personal data.
Who we share it with
The infrastructure providers required to run the service: our device providers, our proxy provider, and Stripe for payments and identity verification. Each only receives what it needs to do its part.
Data retention
We keep account and transaction records for as long as your account is active and as needed to meet legal and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your account by contacting support@accessto.app.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Contact support@accessto.app to make a request.
Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from this policy is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada.
