What AccessTo is
AccessTo rents access to an Android device located in a country you choose, opened from your browser. You are responsible for using the device only for lawful purposes and in compliance with the terms of any third-party service you access through it.
Accounts
You need an account to use AccessTo. You're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us right away if you think your account has been accessed without your permission.
Identity verification
Before your first device is provisioned, we require identity verification through Stripe Identity. We receive a verification result from Stripe; we do not store the documents you submit to Stripe.
Plans, billing, and balance
AccessTo works on a prepaid balance: you add funds via Stripe Checkout, and creating a device charges your balance the plan's listed price plus network (proxy) traffic. Charges are one-time for the plan's term — plans do not renew automatically. A device is stopped once its term ends; you can start a new one at any time. If a device fails to provision after you've been charged, the charge is refunded to your balance automatically.
Refunds
Charges for a device that fails to provision are refunded automatically to your balance, as described above. Outside of that, balance top-ups and plan charges are non-refundable except where required by law. Contact support@accessto.app if something looks wrong with a charge.
Acceptable use
You may not use AccessTo for any unlawful purpose, to violate another party's rights, or to circumvent security or access controls of a third-party service in a way that violates that service's own terms. We may suspend or terminate an account that we determine, in good faith, violates this section.
Availability
AccessTo depends on third-party infrastructure providers for devices and network access. We aim for reliable service but don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we're not liable for outages caused by a provider outside our control.
Termination
You may stop using AccessTo at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, non-payment, or suspected fraud or abuse.
Liability
AccessTo is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any dispute arising from these terms or your use of AccessTo is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada.
